Founded in 1970, the SOTUPA has specialized in the production of cotton and derivative products based on hydrophilic gas, and today enjoys a leading position in the Tunisian market with branded products and NEVA SOTUPA , respectively for the ranges and cotton bandages.
Erected in an evolutionary perspective and innovation, the SOTUPA has continued to diversify its activities to have a wide range of hygiene products and cosmetics. Thus, the range NEVA continues to grow with the launch cleansing drives in 2009, cotton square in 2010, and soon wipes and antiseptic cleansing in 2011.
The development of SOTUPA s part of a policy of internationalization and regional openness on the Maghreb, in 1995 with the birth of SANCELLA, partnership with the Swedish group SCA. This particular partnership has led to the creation of SANCELLA Algeria in 2007 and the launch of industrial activity through the production site of Annaba. Today the group is completely open SOTUPA on the region, with products sold throughout North Africa and part of West Africa.
The SOTUPA also awarded the 2007 Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for his laboratory, guaranteeing quality and product compliance with standards SOTUPA European pharmacopoeias.
